01Product description & certification

All products offered for sale by Electrical Plug Supply are generic industrial connectors acquired from a single-owner estate. Products are not tested, listed, or certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), or any other Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) unless explicitly stated.

Products are not represented as original-equipment parts from any branded manufacturer. Form-factor references to brands such as Appleton®, Crouse-Hinds®, Powertite®, Hubbell®, Mennekes®, or ABB® are descriptive only and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

02As-is sale; no warranties

All products are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Electrical Plug Supply expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Electrical Plug Supply or through this website shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

03Buyer responsibilities

Buyer is solely responsible for: (a) determining the suitability of the products for buyer's intended application; (b) compliance with all applicable laws, codes, standards, and regulations in the destination jurisdiction, including the National Electrical Code (NEC) in the United States and equivalent codes elsewhere; (c) installation, inspection, and certification by a qualified professional; and (d) obtaining any required permits, approvals, or certifications prior to installation or use.

04Final sale & inspection

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify Electrical Plug Supply in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery of any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items. Failure to provide timely written notice constitutes acceptance of the shipment.

05Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Electrical Plug Supply's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the sale or use of products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Electrical Plug Supply be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of business, or business interruption.

06Trademarks

All product names, trademarks, registered trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on this site or in our materials are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names is for descriptive and form-factor comparison purposes only.

Appleton®, Crouse-Hinds®, Powertite®, Hubbell®, Mennekes®, and ABB® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Electrical Plug Supply has no affiliation with these companies.

07Export & customs

For shipments outside the United States, buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, broker fees, and compliance with all import laws and regulations of the destination country.

Buyer represents and warrants that buyer is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or to which the sale would otherwise be prohibited under U.S. export control laws.

08Payment & shipping

Terms are net upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment by wire transfer is preferred for international orders. All shipments are FOB Rosenberg, Texas — title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Available shipping methods include USPS, UPS, FedEx, less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, full truckload, and air freight. Freight is paid by the buyer unless otherwise quoted.

09Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
